Travelport Agencia is the first and only integrated web-based shopping and booking application that allows you to take full advantage of the flexibility of Canada’s largest airline via a GDS.

Now available to Canada based Galileo subscribers, this desktop merchandising solution offers travel agents an online application to shop, price and book all Air Canada’s domestic, U.S. transborder and international itineraries, including the full range of their a la carte options, along with traditional GDS content. Upon completion of the booking, all information is integrated into a PNR, which streamlines your invoicing, back office and reporting needs.

Travelport Agencia provides a solution that enhances efficiency — eliminating errors, increasing productivity and reducing costs — so you can shop with confidence. Now with Agencia, you have the best of both worlds – Galileo content and Air Canada’s full product suite.

Highlights

Shop – Includes search flights and select flights functionality for one-way and round-trip itineraries. Flights/price options are returned from both Air Canada and Apollo™ in an aggregated display.

Price
– Includes flight options for Air Canada, Up-sell for Air Canada, itinerary and price summary, and fare rule functionality. Flight options include ‘Opt Out Discounts’ and ‘Pay For Products’.

Book
– Includes booking and payment functionality, plus seat maps and seat selection for Air Canada. Profile integration is offered.

Flight Pass
– Includes Flight Pass Index, Flight Pass Details and Flight Pass Redemption functionality.

Host PNR Integration
– A PNR in Apollo is created for every booking completed in Travelport Agencia.

Administration Application
– Agencies are provided the ability to setup and maintain users for Travelport Agencia.

Workflow


Travelport Agencia allows you to offer your customers Air Canada’s a la carte fare offerings via a GDS, displaying them in an integrated format that prompts you when optional services are available. The a la carte functionality is based on two main concepts: 

  • Opt Out Discounts – Offers less expensive rates for skipping services
  • Pay For Products – Allows customers to pay more to receive added benefits
