Introduction to the Code

Travelport is committed to the highest standards of compliant and ethical conduct in its business dealings. To achieve this aim, we introduced the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics (“Code”) in December 2006. The Code and its Code Guidance Supplements set forth the Company’s ethical expectations of its employees and is the foundation of our Compliance and Ethics Program (“Program”). The Code and its Code Guidance Supplements supersede any and all previous codes of conduct and similar documents of the Travelport Group, its subsidiaries and their predecessors. Unless otherwise required by law, to the extent any Travelport enterprise, business or local policies, customs or practices conflict with the Code, the Code shall prevail.
