Travelport is committed to providing a workplace that is free of harassment, bullying and other unlawful conduct. Harassment based on sex and other categories protected by law is illegal in most countries, and all employees and others in the workplace are prohibited from engaging in any form of sexually harassing behavior, harassment based on any other protected category, or unlawful bullying. Sexual harassment includes, but is not limited to, unwelcome sexual conduct, either visual, verbal or physical, and may include, but is not limited to, unwanted sexual advances, unwanted touching and suggestive touching of self or others, language of a sexual nature, telling sexual jokes, innuendoes, suggestions, suggestive looks and displaying sexually suggestive visual materials.
