      Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, Travelport

Eric Bock is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Travelport and also serves as Travelport’s Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer. He is responsible for the company’s legal, corporate and government affairs, communications, corporate social responsibility, corporate secretarial and compliance teams. Eric also plays an integral role in developing and implementing Travelport’s strategic plans. In addition, Eric is Chairman of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee as well as a member of the Employee Benefits, Charitable, Disclosure and Investment Committees.

Eric is also a member of the Board of Directors of eNett International, a leading provider of innovative, integrated payment solutions as well as numerous Travelport entities throughout the world.

Prior to this role, Eric was Executive Vice President, Law and Corporate Secretary for Cendant Corporation, overseeing the company’s legal practice groups in securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate secretarial and governance matters, executive compensation, travel distribution services and marketing services. He also served on Cendant’s business ethics committee, disclosure committee, employee benefits committee and business continuity planning committee. During his 9-year tenure at Cendant, Eric played a critical role in the growth, realignment and ultimate separation of Cendant in 2006 into four separate companies: Travelport, Realogy, Wyndham Worldwide and Avis Budget Group. During Cendant’s acquisitive growth period, he managed the legal aspects of all of Cendant’s acquisitions, including Galileo International, Orbitz Worldwide, Cheap Tickets, GTA, Avis Car Rental, Budget Car Rental and Trendwest as well as numerous tuck-in acquisitions. Eric also played an integral role in Cendant’s strategic realignment in 1999, under which eighteen non-core businesses were divested and more than $4.5 billion of proceeds were generated. Prior to joining Cendant, Eric was associated with the corporate group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he participated in transactions relating to the public and private offerings of equity and debt, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

In March 2005, Eric was named one of the leading corporate in-house counsels in America by Corporate Counsel Magazine. In December 2008, Eric was among the honorees for top in-house corporate counsel at the New York County Lawyers Association’s Centennial Event. In August 2009, Eric was recognized as a leading lawyer in the travel industry by the National Law Journal.

Eric graduated from Lafayette College in 1987 and Fordham University School of Law in 1990.
