In his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Travelport, Philip Emery is responsible for the overall financial activities of the company including statutory accounting, treasury, tax, financial analysis, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, controllership and procurement.

Prior to this role, since September 2006, Philip was Chief Financial Officer of the Company’s GDS division. Before joining the Company, from January 2006 to August 2006, Philip was an Entrepreneur in Residence with Warburg Pincus.  Between 2002 and 2005, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Radianz, a global extranet for the financial services industry based in New York.  Prior to that, Philip worked in a number of global and European financial roles at FTSE and NASDAQ companies, including Rexam plc, CoSine Communications and 3Com Inc.  He is a 20-year qualified chartered accountant.

Philip resides in London and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Liverpool.
