Ireland's Country Management
Travelport Ireland is a strong market leader in a competitive environment. Our management team's professionalism and experience in both the travel and IT industries keep Travelport and you at the forefront of emerging technologies and trends.
Ireland Country Manager Terje (Ty) Tjostolvsen oversees management of Travelport's global distribution systems in the North and South of Ireland, with responsibility for all Galileo and Worldspan customers. Tjostolvsen is a Norwegian national with extensive experience in the Irish travel market. Prior to assuming responsibility for Travelport Ireland, he served as Ireland Country Manager for Worldspan. Tjostolvsen has also held various international commercial roles with Amadeus and the STA Travel Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ireland’s University of Ulster, and an MBA from Theseus International Management Institute in France.
