Travelport Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

Dear Travelport Team Member:

Every day, we work with millions of customers around the world – consumers, businesses, travel agents, airlines, hotels and many more. Every day they evaluate us not only on the products and services we provide but on the way we do business – our integrity, our ethics and our conduct. And every day we evaluate each other based on the experience of our own interactions at Travelport.

My message is really very simple: how we do things is just as important as what we do. This is the philosophy that guides us at Travelport.

Integrity and sustainable business success go hand-in-hand. The only business and individual achievements that matter are the ones that grow out of an unwavering commitment to the highest standards of ethical conduct. Think of it as integrity every day. That’s what our customers, partners and suppliers expect of us, and it’s what we expect of each other. Each of us has a personal responsibility for living up to that expectation.

Making that personal commitment to integrity and ethical conduct is just the beginning. We also need to know what is expected of us as members of the Travelport family, so I’m pleased to introduce the Travelport Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”). This Code will help all of us understand what it means to conduct our daily activities ethically and legally.

Although we can’t anticipate every situation that could arise, or every legal issue, the Code will help us make the right decision or ask the right question – whether it’s about the workplace and environment; how we work with others; protecting privacy; insider trading and non-public information; the use and protection of our business and intellectual assets; and the handling of business information and records.

Each of us should be familiar with these guidelines and practices, as well as how to ask questions or report violations. So please take time to read the Code thoroughly. After all, a reputation for integrity is not just awarded to us. It is earned every day with every interaction, internal or external.

I know I can count on each of us to act with integrity every day in everything we do, taking pride not only in what we do but also how we do it and creating exceptional travel experiences for our customers based on trust and respect.
