Travelport will not tolerate unlawful harassment of its employees, customers or vendors in any form.
Sexual harassment, as well as harassment based on other categories protected by law, is illegal in most countries including the U.S., and all employees are prohibited from engaging in any form of sexually harassing behavior or harassment based on any other protected category. Sexual harassment includes, but is not limited to, unwelcome sexual conduct, either visual, verbal or physical, and may include, but is not limited to unwanted sexual advances, unwanted touching and suggestive touching of self or others, language of a sexual nature, telling sexual jokes, innuendoes, suggestions, suggestive looks and displaying sexually suggestive visual materials.
