How to Register for the Travelport Learning and Development Portal
1.1 Registration Instructions for new Galileo subscribers
If you have recently signed with Galileo but do NOT yet have a Galileo pseudo city code, please e-mail us at GSC-Training@travelport.com for specific log-in instructions.
1.2 Registration instructions for existing Galileo subscribers new to eLearning
If you have never registered for Galileo eLearning or our Learning and Development portal, please following the instructions below.
Australian Agents

- Type in your Galileo pseudo city code
- PIN (valid for all Australian pseudos): AU1231
- Create an individual user account using your Galileo sign-on and initials*
- Please ensure you select the correct time zone, otherwise your automated time settings will be incorrect!
New Zealand Agents

Galileo eLearning – Self Paced Training
Galileo eLearning is a series of highly interactive, self-paced courses that are highly popular with both travel agent and college learners. This self-paced learning mode provides:
- learning outcomes equivalent to Galileo’s accredited classroom courses
- 24 x 7 accessibility via a secure web-based application
- regularly updated content in pace with software enhancements
Get Certified Online
Travelport provides Help Desk support to its Galileo trained consultants. If you do not have a Galileo GDS sign on or your accreditation has lapsed, simply complete our Galileo Professional Assessment and your pass mark of 80% + will then give you access to our Help Desk support.
The Galileo Professional Assessment is an eLearning exam which draws from the learning objectives covered in the 13 Basic Booking File and Air modules.
Upon successful completion of the Professional Assessment, you MUST email us at GSC-Training@travelport.com in order to request a Galileo live system sign on and certificate.

Virtual Instructor-Led Online Classes
Virtual training is a flexible and convenient way for you to receive training via the Internet. You are able to attend a class from the comfort of your office, avoiding travel to a training location. Each class is approximately one hour in duration and is based on a specific topic of your choosing from available classes.
Please note, however, these sessions are designed to help experienced consultants get up to speed with the latest enhancements to Galileo Desktop and our mid/back office solution, CrossCheck Travel (Enterprise).
The sessions are therefore not suitable for consultants new to Galileo Desktop or CCT.
All schedule, availability and registration requests must be made via our Learning & Development Portal (click on the
'Register for Training' tab). As the class launch instructions are delivered by automated email, ensure that you add the correct email address to your user account.
