  • e-Tracker’s commanding search capability allows you to view the current status of e-tickets, produce on-demand status reports, download reports for use in other applications (such as Microsoft Excel®), as well as manage refunds and exchanges when required.
  • e-Tracker’s robust functionality substantially reduces the time you spend managing e-tickets, and ensures the information you receive is accurate and up-to-date.
  • You can generate cost savings, particularly for your corporate customers, by staying on top of unused e-tickets. For example, for a $5 million corporate account, the cost of unused e-tickets could reach $200,000 if 4 percent of all e-tickets issued remain unused.

Workflow

  • Reports downloaded into Microsoft Excel allow you to conduct further and more advanced data manipulation and reporting.
  • e-Tracker is available in seven languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Czech and Portuguese.
  • You can access e-Tracker directly from the Galileo Viewpoint toolbar, eliminating the need to access a separate system. 

Requirement

  • Travel agencies must register with Travelport to use e-Tracker.
