How to Register for the Travelport Learning and Development Portal
1.1 Registration Instructions for new Travelport subscribers
If you have recently signed with Travelport but do NOT yet have a Galileo pseudo city code, please contact the Travelport Helpdesk for specific log-in instructions.
1.2 Registration instructions for existing Travelport subscribers new to e-Learning
If you have never registered for Travelport e-Learning or our Learning and Development portal, please following the instructions below.
Australian Agents
- In your web browser, navigate to http://support.travelport.com/SGC/LMS/APAC/AU/
- Type in your Galileo pseudo city code
- PIN (valid for all Australian pseudos): AU1231
- Create an individual user account using your initials. If you share initials with another user from your agency, choose another combination to create your own account.
- Please ensure you select the correct time zone, otherwise your automated time settings will be incorrect!
- Please record this account combination for future log in reference.
New Zealand Agents
- In your web browser, navigate to http://support.travelport.com/SGC/LMS/APAC/NZ/
- Type in your Galileo pseudo city code
- PIN (valid for all New Zealand pseudos) is: NZ4511
- Create an individual user account using your initials. If you share initials with another user from your agency, choose another combination to create your own account.
- Please ensure you select the correct time zone, otherwise your automated time settings will be incorrect!
- Please record this account combination for future log in reference.
1.3 Log in instructions for current registered users
If you are an existing registered user, you do not have to re-register. Please do NOT create an additional account as we are unable to merge records of separate accounts. If you have forgotten your log-in details, please contact the Travelport Helpdesk (numbers above).
Australian and New Zealand College Students
Travelport offers self-paced e-Learning modules through many leading Travel and Tourism colleges across Australia and New Zealand. Please refer to our Training for College Students web page for more details.
Agents and Students from Other Countries
Please refer to your specific country pages on the Travelport.com for local training contact details. The above access codes will only work for Australian and New Zealand contracted agents. Any unauthorised sign-ons created on our Portal will be systematically deleted.

Travelport eLearning – Self Paced Training
Travelport e-Learning is a series of highly interactive, self-paced courses that are highly popular with both travel agent and college learners. This self-paced learning mode provides:
- learning outcomes equivalent to Galileo’s accredited classroom courses
- 24 x 7 accessibility via a secure web-based application
- regularly updated content in pace with software enhancements
Get Certified Online
Travelport provides Helpdesk support to its Galileo trained consultants. If you do not have a Galileo GDS sign on or your accreditation has lapsed, simply complete our Galileo Professional Assessment and your pass mark of 80% + will then give you access to our Helpdesk support.
The Galileo Professional Assessment is an e-Learning exam which draws from the learning objectives covered in the 13 Basic Booking File and Air self paced modules.
Upon successful completion of the Professional Assessment, you MUST you MUST contact the Travelport Helpdesk on 1300 555 000.

Virtual Instructor-Led Online Classes
Virtual training is a flexible and convenient way for you to receive training via the Internet. You are able to attend a class from the comfort of your office, avoiding travel to a training location. Each class is approximately one hour in duration and is based on a specific topic of your choosing from available classes.
Please note, however, these sessions are designed to help experienced consultants get up to speed with the latest enhancements to Galileo Desktop and our mid/back office solution, CrossCheck Travel (Enterprise).
The sessions are therefore not suitable for consultants new to Galileo Desktop or CCT.

All schedule, availability and registration requests must be made via our Learning & Development Portal (click on the
'Register for Training' tab). As the class launch instructions are delivered by automated email, ensure that you add the correct email address to your user account.
