What’s important is that there is some form of training on virtually every product and feature of your GDS. We are committed to ensuring your system utilisation is maximised, and we know that skill-building begins with comprehensive training.

• Self-paced tutorials - Do you have a busy schedule? Most people do these days, so we have a training solution for busy people like you. Whether you want to learn more about a new topic or just take a refresher, self-paced tutorials are ready when you are. Available on a wide variety of topics, self-paced tutorials allow you to take control of your training schedule and select the topics most meaningful to you and your business.

• Virtual classes - Whether you are taking a class for the first time or taking a refresher, virtual training is a quick and convenient way to achieve your training goals. You can attend a class from your own desktop in the comfort of your office. It not only saves the expense and time of travelling to the nearest training facility, but it also allows you to customise the curricula to your specific needs. Instructor-led virtual training is available on a wide range of topics from core functionality to specialised and advanced topics. A variety of times and dates are scheduled to allow you flexibility in achieving your training goals.

• Classroom courses - If you are new to Travelport, or even new to the travel industry, you may find that classroom training is the solution you are looking for. A core training curriculum along with limited specialised courses is offered for a fee in the classroom environment. Classroom training facilities for Travelport subscribers are located in Atlanta and Denver, and courses are scheduled regularly.

• Recorded product presentations - Just need a quick overview of a product or function? Our recorded product presentations may be just the thing you are looking for. Recorded product presentations are quick demonstrations of a particular product or process. They are quick and easy, and cover a variety of topics. With Travelport’s recorded product presentations, you can just sit back, watch and learn.

• Fee-based training - Are you looking for customised training that meets your specific operational requirements? Do you have the need to build a database for fares, scripts or PNR edits?
