Travelport Rapid Reprice™ Technology Now Powers International Itineraries on Automated Exchanges and Refunds (Arne) for U.S. Subscribers, Increasing Customers' Efficiency and Accuracy

Travelport GDS, one of the world’s leading providers of global distribution systems (GDS), today announced that its industry leading Rapid Reprice technology is now the engine behind Apollo Automated Refunds and Exchanges (ARNE) solution. ARNE subscribers in the U.S. can now submit international itineraries for automated exchanges, along with the domestic itineraries that have been supported since ARNE was released in August of 2005.
ARNE provides agencies with a fully automated process and eliminates the time consuming manual calculation of ticket exchanges and refunds for participating carriers’ tickets. With ARNE exchange transactions now priced by Rapid Reprice, ARNE is available for pricing both domestic and international itineraries. ARNE quotations are guaranteed and customers are protected from any debit memo liability. Exchanges and refunds are electronically reported to ARC and are in compliance with ARC data reporting regulations.
ARNE subscribers enjoy the same increases in efficiency, accuracy, and reduction in debit memos with international itinerary exchanges as they have enjoyed with domestic exchanges.
