    • Travelport and Air Canada Sign Multi-Year Full Content Distribution Agreement including Optional Services

      ATLANTA, Jan. 11, 2011 – Travelport, the business services provider to the global travel industry, operating the Apollo, Galileo and Worldspan global distribution systems (GDS), today announces that the company has signed a new multi-year agreement with Air Canada, an airline industry leader in innovative distribution of ancillary services. Through the agreement, Air Canada provides all Travelport travel agency customers, both offline and online, access to all fares, seat availability, fare families and optional services offered by Air Canada. The agreement covers Air Canada Flight Pass and Tango, Tango Plus, Latitude and Executive fare families, and provides the ability to purchase optional services such as paid seat assignments, pre-paid meals and Maple Leaf Lounge access, as well as other travel services.

    • Travelport and United Airlines Extend Full Content Distribution Agreement
       ATLANTA, Aug. 4, 2010 – Travelport, the business services provider to the global travel industry, today announces that United Airlines has signed a two-year extension of their current full content agreement that is designed to provide full content well into 2013, subject to the terms of the agreement. Through the extension of the agreement, all United published fares and seat inventory, including Web fares available on its own site, reservation offices and through third parties, will be available to subscribers of Travelport’s Apollo, Galileo and Worldspan GDS systems, including all Travelport-connected offline travel agencies and online agencies booking through Travelport.Read more
