We’re hiring a Content Marketing Specialist based in our Dublin city centre office, who will work with our teams worldwide. Your job will be to create content that helps us drive awareness, engagement and leads across all stages of the buyer journey.
Working in a team of creative content writers, you’ll deliver impactful communications through a wide range of content types and channels. So, if you’re someone who loves to write and understands the role that great content plays in driving new business and delighting customers, then we want to hear from you.
Creating content: This might sound obvious given the job title, but we want to emphasise that you’ll spend most of your time writing and creating content. This includes: e-books, infographics, whitepapers, animations, videos, podcasts, magazine articles, webpages, webinars, brochures, social media posts – and any other format you believe will help us achieve our goals.
Designing content: You’ll work with our in-house design team and external agencies to ensure content design is of the highest quality, providing clear briefs and constructive feedback. Bonus points if you have design skills and can undertake some design tasks yourself.
Optimizing content: You’ll work with our digital team to help make sure content reaches our target audiences in the most effective way possible (e.g. keyword research, SEO and SEM).
Implementing the content strategy: You’ll help implement the content marketing strategy and best practices across the marketing teams. This involves ensuring that all content is consistent in terms of style, tone of voice and quality.
Contributing to content calendars: As a member of the content marketing team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring content is delivered on time and that the editorial calendar is kept up-to-date.
Finding the scoop: You’ll work with other teams around the business to uncover and develop creative content ideas. These teams include Product Marketing, Propositions, Sales, and PR.
Keeping things simple: You’re the expert in keeping things simple, so you’ll help ‘humanise’ complex technical collateral, making it accessible to everyone.
- At least 5 years’ marketing experience with proven performance in a B2B content marketing or communications role
- A background in content marketing/comms/PR/journalism or in a creative agency
- Experience in delivering long-form content such as eBooks to tight deadlines
- A proactive mind-set with high attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to understand complex topics and communicate them in a simple, engaging way to different audiences.
- Great organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- An understanding of SEO, social, paid content channels and digital platforms
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) experience
- Video editing skills is a bonus
- Experience in the travel technology industry or B2B technology is preferred
