Nick Bray joined Travelport in 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer.

Nick has worked in the technology sector for over 25 years. He has extensive international operational skills combined with significant public company experience, having previously been the CFO of listed companies on both the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and Nasdaq.

Before joining Travelport, Nick was Group CFO at Sophos plc for over nine years. He joined the company when private in 2010, successfully listed Sophos on the LSE in 2015 at £1Bn market cap and has been instrumental in the company increasing in value to £2.8Bn after the recently announced sale of Sophos to Thoma Bravo. Prior to Sophos Nick was CFO at Micro Focus International plc with the company tripling revenue and increasing market capitalization from £0.2Bn to in excess of £1.0Bn during his tenure. Nick has also held Group CFO roles at Fibernet Group plc and Gentia Software plc, as well as senior financial positions at Comshare Inc. and Lotus Software.

Nick has a 1st class bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Aston University, UK, and is a qualified chartered accountant having trained with PWC.
