Heather Summerfield

Ms. Summerfield is currently a commercial litigator practicing at Arcadi Jackson, LLP in Dallas, Texas.

She is also a member of the Board of Directors of McDermott International, Inc. and a member of the boards of multiple subsidiaries at a publicly traded retail company.

Ms. Summerfield was previously Vice President and General Counsel of EXCO Resources, Inc., an oil and gas exploration and development company.  During her time at EXCO she led the legal side of several complex financing transactions.  Prior to EXCO Resources, she was an attorney in the energy and natural resources group of K&L Gates, LLP.
