Travel Tech is a powerful voice for the travel technology industry and the leading advocate for policies that promote innovation in technology, help connect consumers and travel providers, eliminate barriers to travel, and protect the traveling public.

European Technology and Travel Services Association

Travelport is a founding board member of the eu Travel Tech (Formerly known as the European Technology and Travel Services Association). ETTSA was launched in 2009 to represent and promote the interests of global distribution systems (GDSs) and travel distributors, towards the industry, policy-makers, opinion formers, consumer groups and all other relevant European stakeholders. The association, based in Brussels, encourages and supports full transparency, fair competition and consumer choice in the travel distribution chain. In November 2019, ETTSA announced it was changing its name to eu travel tech.

WTTC advocates on behalf of the industry on a variety global issues affecting travel and tourism, with a special focus on preserving the freedom to travel, ensuring the global business environment is conducive to the growth of travel and tourism, and safeguarding the environment by responsibly managing the growth of the travel and tourism.

Founded in 1931 as the American Steamship and Tourist Agents' Association, ASTA and its affiliates now comprise the world's largest and most influential travel trade association with members in 140 countries. As the world's largest travel trade association, ASTA’s work encompasses every aspect of the travel experience.

It actively cooperates with European Union institutions and international organizations to ensure that members’ interests and special requirements are taken into consideration.
