Multi-factor authentication enhancements: A more secure and easier login

That’s why we’ve introduced a simpler and more secure log-in experience to Travelport systems using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). The new two-step verification process makes accessing and recovering your account easier and safer. And the password reset process has now been updated, making it completely self-service.

Booking rail travel is simple, thanks to automated PNR and MIR creation in Smartpoint — no more manually putting together itineraries. This means you can save time and streamline your back-office tasks, all in one spot.

Routehappy

Our new Routehappy content in Travelport+ gives agents all the information they need to seal the deal and make a booking. That means information like aircraft type, in-flight amenities, and seat quality — so the customer knows exactly what to expect when they’re traveling. Routehappy content is available on Smartpoint Desktop (via FlightSearch), Smartpoint Cloud, and API Suite.
