Travelport Intern Learning and Development Program

Our Intern Learning and Development Program helps you further uncover your potential and develop valuable skills for your final studies and beyond. It covers a range of topics including presentation skills, goal setting, communication, and building your personal brand. The program is designed to support you in your specific roles by creating a group-learning environment, where you can practice learnings and share insights with the entire intake of interns

It also gives you more exposure to Travelport senior leaders — including our CEO, CFO and Chief HR Officer — through regular lunch and learn sessions. These are unique opportunities to get up close and personal with some of our most experienced people and learn about their career paths. These meetings will also help you understand more about Travelport and how it operates as a business.


Add real value to the world of travel tech

We want our interns to feel empowered to contribute to our mission of driving real change in travel retailing. This program lets you go further than your day job, and help Travelport by thinking like entrepreneurs. How does it work? We present interns with a real-life problem statement, and you set up cross functional intern teams to address it. You’ll come up with ideas, test them, throw away the ones that don’t feel right or excite you, and develop the ones that do.

By taking part you’ll gain real life business skills, like identifying new opportunities, influencing, building business cases, pitching, and bringing ideas to fruition. In turn, we’ll provide the time and space you need, plus access to some of the brightest people in the travel tech industry, who will support, teach, and encourage you. This is the perfect opportunity to step outside your comfort zone, expand your skillset, and take ownership of your very own project.
