Welcome to Travelport! Travelport, LP, and its operating groups, subsidiaries and divisions (the “Travelport Group”), (“Travelport” or “we”, “our” or “us”) are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information (“Community Personal Information”), whenever you decide to sign up to the Travelport Customer Voice panel or to the Intellizoom panel, as the case may be, in order to become a community member and share your feedback and experience with us.
We have partnered with UserZoom Technologies Inc. Sucursal (“UserZoom”) and User Interviews Inc. (“UserInterviews”), two UX research platforms that we use for user research and usability testing, in order to boost our users’ research experience and impact.
The following Privacy Notice discloses what information we gather, how we use it, our legal bases for doing so and how you can exercise your rights over it, in the course of participating in the Travelport Customer Voice panel or Intellizoom panel.
Our Privacy Notice does not cover how any third party handles your personal information. If you want to learn more about how UserZoom and UserInterviews process your personal information when you use their services, please access their privacy policies available at: UserZoom Privacy Policy and UserInterviews Privacy Policy, respectively.
How does Travelport collect information?
In order to recruit appropriate UX research participants, we may use different panels, such as the Travelport Customer Voice panel, UserInterviews’ recruiting platform or the Intellizoom panel (provided by UserZoom).
When you sign up to the Travelport Customer Voice panel, we collect the Community Personal Information that you decide to share with us when you register as a community member on this website and submit personal information, when you complete our surveys, during our interviews with you or whenever you access this website. The types of Community Personal Information that we may obtain includes:
- first name and last name
- email address
- image and voice (captured in the interview recording)
- screen sharing using our prototype or website to do specific tasks in a usability test
- location (country only)
- organization type (e.g., airline, hotel, travel agency etc.)
- job title (agent, developer etc.) and details of day-to-day role
- name of employer and employment status
- profiling information, such as behavioral analytics
- customer segmentation information
- your opinions reflected in your answers to our survey questions in the platform, or during interviews.
How does Travelport use this information?
The panels that we use in the user recruitment process are customer insights platforms that enable us to engage with you for the purpose of gathering information and feedback about our products. We use Community Personal Information to carry out research and to better understand the information provided by our community members, for designing and improving our products.
Our lawful basis for such processing, including for recording your interviews when you share your feedback and experience with us, and for profiling activities, is your explicit consent.
Automated decision-making, including profiling
Profiling is any form of automated processing of your information to evaluate personal aspects about you, in particular to analyse or predict things like your performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements.
We will analyse your behaviour and personal preferences and interests when completing our surveys and/or during your interviews with us, in order to identify the needs, goals, values, and behaviours of larger groups of users, that will further help us in making decisions about the functionality and design of our software.
In order to recruit appropriate UX research participants, we may use screening questions in our surveys, that may either qualify or disqualify respondents from taking our surveys—depending on how they answer. These questions let us decide who takes our surveys based on the target audience we want to hear from for a specific project. This selection of UX research participants is an automated decision-making process but does not lead to any significant adverse effects on research participants.
Who do we share your information with?
We may disclose your Community Personal Information to our group companies and to our third party providers that help us administer and secure our platform on our behalf.
We may also process and disclose Community Personal Information when lawfully requested by public authorities, including requests based on national security or law enforcement requirements or as otherwise required or permitted by law, subpoena, or regulation.
We do not sell Community Personal Information for purposes of allowing third parties to conduct direct marketing for their own products or services.

Travelport has entered into EU standard contractual clauses with UserZoom and UserInterviews for any international transfers of Community Personal Information.
