German TMC switches to Travelport+ to unlock AI-driven content curation, enhanced NDC capabilities and automated workflows
LONDON, UK, February 10, 2026 - Travelport, a multi-source content provider that powers bookings for hundreds of thousands of travel suppliers worldwide, today announced a new multi-year partnership with ADAC Travel Management Service Papendick (ADAC TMS Papendick), one of Germany's leading travel management companies.
The agreement will see ADAC TMS Papendick migrate completely from its previous GDS provider to adopt Travelport+ as its preferred global distribution system.
The partnership reflects growing demand among travel management companies for next-generation retailing technology that simplifies complex workflows, provides intelligent content aggregation across traditional and modern sources, and allows agents to deliver more personalized service to corporate clients.

Smartpoint provides ADAC TMS Papendick's travel consultants with a unified storefront offering rapid search capabilities, multi-source content access, and customizable automation tools. ADAC TMS Papendick will benefit from Travelport's AI-powered Content Curation Layer (CCL), technology that already serves thousands of online and leisure agents and is now being extended to the TMC sector. The CCL intelligently consolidates traditional air fares and NDC offers, automatically refining and de-duplicating search results to create a clear, comparable view of available travel options. As workflows evolve, this technology will ensure agents can efficiently present clients with the best and fully serviceable choices.
Central to the partnership are Smartpoint's advanced automation capabilities, including the Productivity Automator Tool, which streamline repetitive tasks and optimize agent workflows. These automation features free consultants to focus on strategic travel planning and consultative client service.
