A MORE SECURE AND EASIER LOGIN
Security is key to keeping your business running with no interruptions. That’s why we’ve introduced a simpler and more secure log-in experience to Travelport systems using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). The new two-step verification process makes accessing and recovering your account easier and safer. And the password reset process has now been updated, making it completely self-service.

When it comes to NDC, Travelport+ isn’t just about giving you the content (although we have lots of it now live from 20 airlines and counting). Our platform also makes sure agents get the best user experience, with easy ways to view and filter NDC content alongside traditional and private fares. All to make your selling and servicing experience with NDC seamless.
NDC AIRLINES RECENTLY EXPANDED TO NEW COUNTRIES:
You can now get all the benefits of Travelport’s partnership with Europe’s largest train company, Trainline. Shop, compare, and book European rail carriers all within the same workflow.
With Trainline content on Travelport+, you can access multiple rail brands like Trenitalia, Italo, Ouigo, SNCF, AVLO, Renfe, and DB-SNCF. Booking rail travel is simple, thanks to automated PNR and MIR creation in Smartpoint — no more manually putting together itineraries. This means you can save time and streamline your back-office tasks, all in one spot.
ROUTEHAPPY
Our new Routehappy content in Travelport+ gives agents all the information they need to seal the deal and make a booking. That means information like aircraft type, in-flight amenities, and seat quality — so the customer knows exactly what to expect when they’re traveling. Routehappy content is available on Smartpoint Desktop (via FlightSearch), Smartpoint Cloud, and JSON API.
