LONDON, UK – November 13, 2025 – Travelport has announced its participation in NDC FastTrack, a cross-industry enablement initiative designed to accelerate the practical adoption of New Distribution Capability (NDC) across the travel ecosystem. Launched July 2025, it brings together providers, users and technology partners to identify best practices and technical issues that may be preventing the adoption of NDC.
As a pioneer in NDC, becoming the first multi-source content provider to receive IATA NDC Aggregator Level One certification in November 2016, Travelport's involvement in NDC FastTrack marks another significant step forward across the industry to modernize airline retailing and improve access to richer content and personalized offers.
"Participating in NDC FastTrack reflects Travelport's ongoing commitment to innovation with our industry partners," said Simon Gros, Head of Sales and Account Management, Americas at Travelport. "We've long supported NDC as a transformative standard, and this initiative allows us to troubleshoot the technical issues impacting wider adoption while ensuring end travelers benefit from seamless access to next-generation airline content."
We're excited to join with Travelport in participating in NDC FastTrack. This kind of open initiative is exactly what's needed to make NDC work at scale. It's not just about technology, it's about aligning the levers, pulleys, and buttons across the industry.
